Opera Pump Navy Velvet is an opera pump made from black velvet with an inner lining in clear blue satin. The model is made on last 6862, which is low cut with a slightly rounded toe. The shoes are made by hand with the utmost care in Norwich, England, where Bowhill & Elliott has had its production since 1874.
